About the role;

As a Customer Relations Specialist(CRS), you will be the day-to-day contact person for our customers at Bulk Data Centers campus N01. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing customer support for data center services, assisting with inquiries and issue resolution.

• Handling billing, ensuring accurate invoicing together with finance, and managing customer billing-related requests.

• Working within our portal and CRM system to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

• Following up on reporting and service agreements with customers.

• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitating and handling portal tickets.

• Organizing and facilitating customer meetings and visits on-site.

To thrive in this position, we envision that you have these qualifications;

• Demonstrated experience from a similar role is preferred.

• You are structured and solution oriented.

• You have good communication and collaboration skills.

• High degree of integrity and service attitude.

• Experience with tools such as CRM.

• Excellent written and verbal English and Norwegian skills, as well as good IT knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office.
