Key responsibilities include:
Creating and managing staff schedules and handling bookings
Motivating employees and facilitating their professional growth
Ensuring that service and guest experiences align with OHMA’s concept
Managing closing accounts and performing financial controls
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, alcohol regulations, and fire safety protocols
Developing, revising, and maintaining operational routines
Overseeing IT systems, including POS programming and updates
Being a strong and clear leader with loyalty to company management
Requirements:
Structured and self-driven
Enthusiastic about taking on a broad range of responsibilities
Service-oriented and passionate about hospitality
Able to create a positive environment for guests and staff
Good knowledge of food and wine
