About the Role

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to join an ambitious and fast-growing cybersecurity company in the Nordics. You will play a key role in designing and governing the architecture of one of the company’s most strategic platforms—ServiceNow—as they scale operations and services across the region.

Key Responsibilities

📌Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions.

📌Align platform architecture with business strategy and future growth

📌Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

📌Provide architectural guidance on upgrades, integrations, and migrations

📌Stay informed about ServiceNow updates and emerging technologies

📌Support hands-on development, including configurations and UI enhancements

📌Maintain documentation of platform architecture and governance

What We’re Looking For

📌Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow

📌Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements

📌Proven experience supporting or designing business processes

📌Proficient in both Norwegian and English (spoken and written)

📌Hands-on development and configuration experience

📌Self-motivated, structured, and proactive team player

📌Willingness to learn and grow continuously

Start Date: 01 May 2025 (or as soon as possible)

End Date: 01 Dec 2025 (with possible extension to May 2026)

Work Location: Fornebu or Oslo, Norway

Languages Required: Norwegian and English (proficient)
