The Control Room and Interaction Design Department consists of experienced researchers and engineers with core expertise in interaction design, control room design, human-automation interaction, verification and validation, as well as the development of interfaces and associated software solutions. We also have expertise in nuclear process control and scenario development for laboratory studies.

Our vision is to ensure high performance in safety-critical digital control environments by designing solutions tailored to human cognitive capabilities. We design physical operational environments and visual interfaces for safe and effective human-machine interaction. Our expertise is relevant across several domains, including nuclear power, oil and gas, air traffic control, railways, maritime operations, mining, and renewable energy.

You are a curious and highly motivated nuclear process expert, with experience in control room operations and/or simulator training.
