Netlife develops and operates a white label workflow and ecommerce platform used by volume photographers in more than 30 countries around the world. Our customers photograph more than 7 million students and athletes every year, and our ecommerce platform handles a yearly transaction value of more than 1000 MNOK.

What you´ll be doing

As our Chief Security Officer (CSO) you will be responsible for defining, leading, and continuously strengthening our security and privacy strategy across the organization. You will play a critical role in protecting our SaaS platform, customer data, and intellectual property while enabling innovation, scalability and regulatory compliance.

You will work closely with the CEO, product-, engineering-  and operations teams to embed security and privacy into everything we do - from architecture and development to operations and customer trust. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight, ensuring that security is both a business enabler and a core part of our company culture. 

We believe you´ll bring

• Proven experience in a senior security leadership role within a SaaS, Cloud or technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of cloud security architecture and SaaS operating models (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep knowledge of information security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST or similar.
• Experience designing and implementing security governance, risk management and compliance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage incident response, vulnerability management and security operations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate security risks into business impact for management, customers and partners.
• Experience with regulatory and privacy requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or similar.
• Experience  supporting enterprise customers and participating in customer security reviews and audits.
