Arctic Campers AS is looking for Seasonal team members to join us at our Tromsø rental station as Rental station agents.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to join our team. We are offering full time seasonal positions at our rental station on Kvaløya in Tromsø. The Rental Agents will be responsible for pre-hire preparation of the vans as well as after rental check outs and damage management. Also his / her tasks will be in customer service and support, general maintenance and repairs of the vans, basic office and computer work among other tasks.

This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time physically demanding. The candidate should be able to work quickly and efficiently as well as be able to prioritize on the fly and complete their tasks with minimal supervision.

Your tasks as a rental station agent will be:

• Hand over camper vans to guests

• Customer care / service

• Digital fleet and booking management

• Basic maintenance of camper vans

• Controlling and preparing camper vans before and after rentals

• Occasional Driving & relocation of campers / cars

• Customer in-shop sales and Keeping shop stock full

• Occasional cleaning in ib busy periods

• Flexibility in work loads

The position will require the applicant to:

• Have Fluent English ( Mandatory)

• Have a Driver's license B minimum

• Preferably have a background in hospitality and/or Tourism

• Have experience with customer service

• Have a basic technical understanding of cars

• Know how to use standard office software

• Be a self-driven and independent worker

• Willing to learn and ask questions with a "Can do" Attitude

• Have a willingness to work with flexible hours

• Be physically fit and capable of demanding tasks

• Preference to people looking to stay for a longer duration
