Njord AS is a hub for soft adventure tourism, nestled in Flåm, Norway. As a small and dynamic company, we specialize in kayaking and hiking tours amidst the breathtaking fjords of Western Norway. Our bestsellers are:

• 3-hour guided kayaking tour in Aurlandsfjord

• 3-day guided kayaking and camping tour in Nærøyfjord

We are looking for experienced sea kayak guides to join our team from 1st of May to 1st of October or only for the summer months.

What we expect:

• You have experience in sea kayaking, guiding, wild camping, and outdoor cooking. (Qualifications in kayaking to a 2 or 3-star level through Canoeing associations such as BCU, ACA, NPF, EPP, or similar national kayaking association is an advantage.)

• You have a valid first aid certificate (WFR or similar.)

• You speak fluent English. (Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.)

• You can manage groups of varying sizes and skill levels.

• You are a team player but can also make independent decisions, for example, based on changing weather conditions or high demand on busy days.

• You have a Class B driving license and can operate a manual van with a trailer with kayaks.

What we offer:

• Wages around 30.000-50.000 NOK a month depending on hours worked.

• 1-2 days off a week, longer vacation on request.
