We need an emplyeed to help us to continuo growing in the hotel bussnes with your capabilities and team work. You are an EU/EFTA citizen, or you have a valid work permit in Norway. We invite you to discover a historic hotel farm in Norway! Our concept is rooted in traditional Norwegian architecture, with a strong commitment to caring for nature and the environment. Must ha a good personal presentation.

We are looking for an emplyeed who knows hospitality, service, IT, and the variety of tasks involved in running a hotel and turism business. You should be independent, flexible, charismatic, and have initiative—especially when it comes to publicity and marketing our place. We offer on-site accommodation at the farm, a full salary, and work according to all Norwegian regulations.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Tasks on a Hotel Farm:

• Welcoming guests and working at the reception

• Serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar

• Preparing simple meals and breakfast

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas

• Maintaining outdoor areas and the garden

• Marketing and managing social media

• Creating content (photos/videos) for promotion

• Organizing activities and events for guests

• Customer service and handling bookings

• Basic tech support and IT help

• Assisting with farm work when needed (depending on the season)
