 Passionate about kayaking and have the necessary certificates

 Experienced in guiding nature-based excursions, ensuring guest safety and enjoyment throughout the sea.

 Excellent communication skills to convey enthusiasm, share knowledge, and foster a sense of connection with the environment among guests.

 Physical fitness and stamina to lead groups on kayak trips, and other outdoor activities, adapting to varying weather conditions.

 Storytelling abilities to engage guests with the region's natural and cultural history, enhancing their overall experience.

 Customer-focused mindset, catering to diverse preferences and skill levels within guest groups.

 Environmental stewardship commitment, promoting sustainable practices and responsible interaction with the natural surroundings.

 Collaborative team player, coordinating effectively with fellow team members to ensure seamless and enjoyable guest experiences.

 Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle changing weather, unexpected challenges, and varying group dynamics.
