We’re looking for a serious missis/Sr between 30 - 55 years olds who enjoys hospitality, cocktails, service, IT, and the variety of tasks involved in running a hotel and turism business. You should be independent, flexible, charismatic, and have initiative—especially when it comes to publicity and promoting our place. We offer on-site accommodation at the farm, a full salary, and work according to all Norwegian regulations.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Tasks on a Hotel Farm:

• Welcoming guests and working at the reception

• Serving food and drinks in the restaurant and bar

• Preparing simple meals and breakfast

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas

• Maintaining outdoor areas and the garden

• Marketing and managing social media

• Creating content (photos/videos) for promotion

• Organizing activities and events for guests

• Customer service and handling bookings

• Basic tech support and IT help

• Assisting with farm work when needed (depending on the season)
