• Experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership

• Flexibility to work on-call, including weekends and public holidays

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Arbeidsoppgaver

As Assistant Department Manager in Ålesund, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our Hop-on Hop-off bus services. You will support the Department Manager in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective staff management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager with daily operations and staff management

• Coordinate ticket sales and customer service activities

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service

• Train and support new staff

• Report operational issues to the central management team
