What We're Looking For
Proficiency in English and/ or German; additional languages are a plus
Experience in customer service, sales, or team leadership

As Assistant Department Manager in Ålesund, you will play a key role in the daily operation of our Hop-on Hop-off bus services. You will support the Department Manager in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Department Manager with daily operations and staff management
Coordinate ticket sales and customer service activities
Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service
Train and support new staff
Report operational issues to the central management team
