Work tasks

• Serving food and drink

• You should know what we offer and sell

• You will work with upselling and focus on high quality

• Take payment from the guests

• Cover the restaurant

• Tidy and clean the restaurant

Qualifications

• You have experience as a waiter or similar service job

• You have an interest in food and drink, preferably with knowledge of wine/beer

You have a focus on upselling in the restaurant

• You have good communication skills and a service-orientated focus

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• You should speak a Scandinavian language, but must be able to speak good English

• You are positive and service-minded and put the guest at the centre

You are committed to creating a good experience for the guest

• You must have a professional, personal and positive approach to colleagues and guests.

• You must be a team player, working quickly and efficiently, but with a calmness towards guests

• You must be organised and structured with good communication skills

• You can easily handle stress and cope with having several balls in the air at the same time

• You must have an understanding of financial and cost-effective operations

• You must be willing to shear a living space with a other person in the staff accomedation
