We are looking for a consultant to provide administrative support in multi-technical and project-related tasks. The role involves managing various administrative duties, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing assistance across multiple technical areas. The ideal candidate will work closely with different teams, supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of projects.

Assignment Description:

  • Provide support to senior management based on business needs.
  • Assist with meetings, events, travel, and information management.
  • Offer administrative help across locations, including offshore and onshore, handling requisitions, invoices, and investment projects.
  • Work independently, following procedures to meet targets and solve challenges.
  • Communicate with the team and external parties, ensuring accurate information.
  • Adapt to new tasks and ways of working, while ensuring compliance with safety, ethics, and company values.
  • Set up tools like Teams, SharePoint, and Planner for the team and organize meetings and yearly planning.

Qualifications:

  • • Interest in digital tools.
  • • Team player with good communication and collaboration skills.
  • • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
  • • Flexible and willing to learn.
