Who are we looking for:

We are now looking for foremen who have a dream of working on a project in Stord, Norway.

You will work as a foreman within an international environment with many exciting projects.

You will be working in an international environment, so either communicative English or Norwegian is mandatory.

You should:

• Have from 2 to 4 years of experience as a foreman.
• Have valid certificate from AT/SJA course.
• Have completed 40 hours of Grunnkurs Arbeidsmiljø.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute construction scope within mechanical discipline in Stord, in cooperation with discipline leader.
• Coordination internally in construction/mc, vendors and clients.
• Coordination towards plan, method, engineering, and resource allocation.
• HSSE work.
• Execute the tasks according to time and quality agreed.
• Focus on cost efficient execution of the project.
• Document according to agreed demands.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead personell /operator resources.
• Coordinate and plan material, tools and equipment.
• Contact client in own discipline
